Digital Library
& LMS.
Everything I built for Maxim Nyansa Foundation: a custom digital library and a Moodle LMS I designed, QA-tested and managed as administrator, plus an applications platform I designed and built end to end.
The brief
Maxim Nyansa needed a single place where teachers, students, and IT learners could reach curated learning content, from early-years books to professional certification, and keep learning even with patchy internet.
My job spanned the whole product lifecycle: design the experience, structure the library, wire up the LMS, and test it all so it actually works for real users.
01 What I did
Library Restructure
Reorganised content into clear levels and categories, Basic Education, High School, Technology, so resources are easy to find.
LMS Integration
Customised and configured the LMS (Moodle) alongside the library, so structured courses sit next to open reading resources.
Content & Access
Set up content availability online and offline, and access rules for learners, teachers, and admins.
Real User Testing & QA
Ran real user testing with learners and teachers plus manual QA, collecting feedback, logging issues, and iterating until the flows worked for real users.
Ask & Discuss + Analytics
Specced threaded discussions (with moderation) and an analytics dashboard so the team can see engagement and act on it.

03 Moodle LMS, Admin & Customisation
Customised the Moodle theme & experience and managed it as administrator, courses, modules, activities and quizzes. maximnyansaacademy.com
04 The Applications Platform
A single intake portal I designed and built end to end for all of Maxim Nyansa's programmes, bootcamp, internship and volunteering, replacing scattered manual sign-ups. Applicants pick an opportunity, apply in a few guided steps, upload their CV and photo, create an account, then track status and message admissions from one dashboard. maximnyansaapplications.com
